Leadership Academy Internship
We are looking for those who are passionate, those who are brave. We are looking for those who want to make sure that the Name above all names is known.
Don't be mistaken, this won’t always be easy. At some point, you will walk into a room of teens that you barely know, but you will walk in with purpose. You will walk in to extend grace and show love. You will walk in to build relationships with teens who otherwise may never hear the name of Jesus. The one who provides mercy and grace to the broken and weary.
In His name, you will tread the hallways of local schools. In His name, you will paint your face blue and act a bit crazy. In His name, you will sit knee-to-knee with a kid in jail. In His name, you will visit a teen parent in the hospital.
Christ bids you come and join Him in the great work of making disciples among the teens of Lincoln. He invites us to join him in caring for the second-chair clarinet and the captain of the football team. He invites us to care for the broken, the outcast, and the forgotten and to bring them life. His life.
If you are passionate for Christ, if you are willing to take a risk in His name and speak life into the dark spaces of our community, if you are considering a career of service in His name, then Youth for Christ’s Leadership Academy may be right for you.
Youth for Christ’s Leadership Academy is a paid ministry Internship for college-aged students, where you will gain hands-on ministry experience and training from our incredible staff ministry leaders.
