Anchor House Overview
Anchor House is a low-cost housing option for individuals participating in a ministry training program. Residents receive a private, furnished bedroom along with shared common living spaces including: full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking, and utilities. All occupants must be participating in a YFC Internship or a residency program at a partner church.

•Program Participation: Must actively attend and work in an internship or residency program at YFC or a partner church.
•Volunteer Onboarding: Must complete the YFC volunteer process, including a background check and agreement to the statement of faith.
•Future Goals: Must possess a desire to lead in the Church after graduation, with an emphasis on staying and working locally.
•Community: Must participate in a monthly Anchor House community meal.
•Ministry Time Commitment:
oYFC Interns: At least 10 hours per week of training and engagement in YFC ministries.
oNon-YFC residents: 3-5 hours per week of engagement in YFC ministries as a volunteer, working in one of our programs with youth and/or maintenance or other volunteering around the property -

You must meet the requirements above. The building is set up for a house-parent couple as well as several same-gender occupants. the 2026-2027 school year has men living on site. The gender may fluctuate from year to year.
